Grains of Truth, is our new global consumer research in partnership with GlobeScan. The report looks at the opinions of more than 30,000 consumers in 31 countries around the world and asks how they define and understand good, healthy, and sustainable food.

The survey also asked consumers what their biggest concerns are in food production; the challenges they face purchasing healthy and sustainable food and, who can have the biggest positive impact when it comes to creating a more healthy and sustainable food system.

This research was carried out as part of the activity around the United Nations Food Systems Summit, where EAT has led Action Track 2 focused on shifting consumption towards sustainable patterns.
