Emilie Anker Stordalen is one of the owners of Strawberry Group and Nordic Choice Hotels. She has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. Over the past years, Emilie has worked as a consultant for Deloitte and as the Marketing Manager for Clarion Hotel The Hub. Currently, she serves as a project manager under the COO of Nordic Choice Hotels.
