Elisabeth Sundgot-Borgen is the HR Specialist at EAT with responsibility for implementing and monitoring all human resource functions across the organization, including setting up company policies, maintaining company records, and ensuring a healthy work environment by providing HR procedures. Elisabeth is also the Executive Assistant to EAT’s Founder and Executive Chair and assists and facilitates EAT’s everyday work- and private life, making it as stress-free as possible.
Prior to joining EAT in January 2023, Elisabeth worked as an Executive Assistant with HR responsibilities in HP Norway AS. She has also been a project manager working with organizational culture and change management.
Elisabeth holds a MSc in Business with a major in Leadership and Change from BI Norwegian Business School. Elisabeth is a Norwegian national.
