Diane Holdorf

Diane Holdorf is the Executive Vice President of Pathways at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).

She leads efforts to drive sector-wide transformation in key value chains, focusing on sustainability across food, nature, and water systems. Since joining WBCSD in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in advancing global sustainability initiatives.

Previously, Diane served as Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Kellogg and held leadership positions at Delta Consultants, where she developed global sustainability strategies.

Recognized for her impact, she was named one of GreenBiz’s 25 Badass Women shaping climate action in 2022.

Diane holds degrees in Public Communications and German from Syracuse University and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She also serves on multiple advisory boards, championing climate, nature, and equity initiatives.
