“There is a system failure here, because the right (food) choices are not necessarily the cheapest or the easiest available. For healthy and sustainable food to be affordable, available and attractive for all, then we need the food industry to come up with solutions, we need policy makers to put enabling policies in place, we need to incentivize the right products and sustainably produced food, and put taxes on unhealthy and unsustainable products.”
