Mark Watts was the Director of Arup’s energy consulting team which is based in London. Watts led the partnership between Arup and the C40 group of cities which intended to tackle climate change.
He was the climate change and sustainable transport advisor to the Mayor of London. At this post, he led London’s Climate Change Action Plan and its associated projects to reduce the carbon emissions of the city by 60% by 2025.
Watts is a member of the Yale Climate Dialogue, and the Advisory Group at WRI’s Ross Center for Sustainable Cities.
