Klaus B. Pedersen is a Danish entrepreneur who have co-founded “Too Good To Go” – the app that reduces food waste. Too Good To Go started in Copenhagen late 2015 and have already spread the concept to 8 European countries where 5 million people have downloaded the app and more than 4 million meals have been saved through the app.
