Media accreditation for the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum 2017 is open.

The conference will take place from 30-31 October 2017 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Online accreditation is the only official channel to obtain registration for the media. EAT is not in a position to accept accreditations via any other channel (e-mail, fax, post, etc). Apply for accreditation here

Please note the important information below:

The deadline to apply for media accreditation is Oct. 25 2017. However, please note that journalists from a number of countries require a visa to enter Indonesia. The process may take several weeks. If you need assistance to fast track your visa application, please email simen@eatforum.org

Applicants will be notified of the status of their application within a week of submitting the form. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address on file in the online account. You need to come in person to the media registration desk of the Forum at the Shangri-La Hotel to collect your media pass on the 30 October 2017.

Further information regarding press events during the Forum, speakers’ biographies, contact information for speakers etc. will be posted on this page and e-mailed to accredited journalists by 20 October 2017.

Accreditation is required for all media who wish to cover the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum.
