The accreditation for the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum
Media accreditation for the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum 2017 is open.
The conference will take place from 30-31 October 2017 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Online accreditation is the only official channel to obtain registration for the media. EAT is not in a position to accept accreditations via any other channel (e-mail, fax, post, etc). Apply for accreditation here
Please note the important information below:
The accreditation system for the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum is open as of 23 August 2017. Due to visa requirements the deadline for applications is 4 October 2017 for non-Indonesian journalists and 25 October 2017 for local media.
Applicants will be notified of the status of their application within a week of submitting the form. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address on file in the online account. You need to come in person to the media registration desk of the Forum at the Shangri-La Hotel to collect your media pass on the 30 October 2017.
Further information regarding press events during the Forum, speakers’ biographies, contact information for speakers etc. will be posted on this page and e-mailed to accredited journalists by 20 October 2017.
Accreditation is required for all media who wish to cover the EAT Asia-Pacific Food Forum.
