Transfers
EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2020 is an invitation only convening. As a result, you may only transfer your registration to another senior colleague after contacting [email protected]. A confirmation of the transfer will be provided when completed.
Refunds
Refund requests must be sent in writing by contacting [email protected] and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If your refund request is received by the following dates, you may be eligible for:
- March 2: 50% (minus transaction fee)
- April 30: 25% (minus transaction fee)
- After May 1: No refunds possible.
Please note refunds may take up to 14 business days to process following receipt of your written request.
Please note that EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2020 is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, visa rejections or delayed flights. i.e. force majeure.
