
Beatrice Crona is a Professor and Science Director at the Stockholm Resilience Centre, specializing in environmental sustainability of companies and investments. She contributed to the EAT-Lancet Commission on Healthy Diets from Sustainable Food Systems, and more recently co-chaired the Blue Food Assessment; a follow-up to the EAT Lancet commission focusing on the opportunities, trade-offs and solutions of aquatic foods for building healthy, equitable and sustainable food systems. For 12 years she has led the transdisciplinary Global Economic Dynamics and the Biosphere (GEDB) research program at the Royal Swedish Academy of Science and now co-leads the Mistra FinBio program with an explicit focus on developing research to support the financial sector’s capacity to contribute to a nature-positive economy.
