Harriet Watts is a Senior Communications Officer at EAT, where she helps turn complex science into compelling stories that connect with people and spark action. She works across campaigns, content, and partnerships, with a particular focus on the landmark EAT-Lancet Commission, helping shape the global conversation on healthy, sustainable and just food.
With a decade of experience in marketing and communications across public and private sectors, from UN agencies to multinational brands, Harriet brings a strong belief in the power of storytelling to drive environmental and social change. Her work bridges disciplines and audiences, making big ideas accessible and inspiring.
Harriet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology and is currently completing her MSc in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex. She is a British national, based in Oslo.
