Nothing brings people together like food – food is a need, food is culture, food is a system. Stockholm Food Forum connects all the dots.

Overview

A chef sketches solutions with a scientist. A farmer debates with a mayor over coffee. A young innovator pitches bold ideas to a room full of CEOs. At this forum, people come together not just to meet, but to turn ideas into action. Over two days and three stages, science, policy, business and creativity converge to shape the future of food. Expect heated debates, hands-on workshops, culinary showcases and shared meals inspired by the Planetary Health Diet.

The science is clear: solutions exist, and the time to act is now. Stockholm Food Forum is where the future of food gets debated, tested, tasted.

The 2025 edition will unveil the 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission, spotlight breakthroughs, and challenge every participant to help reshape how the world eats and thinks about food.

Seven hundred participants. One table long enough for every perspective. Transformation starts here.

The program preview below highlights the themes and sessions to be held on the Main Stage.

Throughout the two days, participants can also expect dynamic side events and interactive sessions on both the Kitchen Stage and the Science StageStay tuned for full program details, including panels, speakers, and special announcements.
