Release highlights of the 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission, implications for Mediterranean diet, agriculture, biodiversity, climate, and culinary practice. Included a session on renewing the world heritage of the Mediterranean Diet with agriculture and finance perspectives and introduction to Our Cultures, Our Meals – Cooking for Planetary Health.
