To answer this question, EAT gathered 37 of the planet’s foremost experts who, for the first time ever, propose scientific targets for what constitutes both a healthy diet and a sustainable food system.

PROGRAM
Dr. Gunhild A. Stordalen, EAT’s Founder and Executive Chair, will share her vision on a global dugnad for a better food future.
You will be guided through the report by the world-renowned scientist and co-chair of the Commission – Professor Walter Willett (Harvard University). Following the presentation, H.E. Ms. Mona Juul (Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Norway to the UN), Mr. Satya Tripathi (UN Environment) and Dr. Juan Rivera Dommarco (National Institute of Public Health, Mexico) will provide reflections on the findings.
The event will close with a dynamic panel discussion moderated by Dr. David Nabarro (Food Systems Dialogues) featuring Hilaria Baldwin (Wellness Expert), Alejandra Schrader (Chef & Entrepreneur), Sara Menker (Gro Intelligence) and Anoka Abeyrathne (Conservationist & Women Deliver Young Leader), followed by a global call for action by the incredible Alec Baldwin (Actor & Activist).
