Vivian Lam is a Policy Officer and part of the Policy Team. In this role, she supports the development of policy-, strategy- and program-related materials, conducts scoping work and desk research, and assists with content development and project management.
Prior to joining EAT, Vivian has had various roles. Most recently she worked at the Norwegian Embassy in Canada. Vivian has a background in medical anthropology with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Sciences from Durham University. She also completed graduate training in epidemiology and public health with a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Cambridge. She is a Norwegian national with close ties to Hong Kong. She spent most of her adult years in Canada and the UK, and speaks four languages.
