Olivia is EAT’s Senior Communications Officer. In this role, she is responsible for developing the communication strategy for the Blue Food Assessment, as well as, supporting EAT’s ongoing communication activities.
Olivia joined the EAT team in 2021. She came from the international not-for-profit research consortium Target Malaria, where she was the Communication Manager, working to develop communications and outreach around an innovative tool for malaria control in Africa. Prior to that Olivia has worked for communications in various sectors from NGOs working for human rights to the arts.
Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales (IHECS) based in Brussels. Olivia is a Belgian and Finnish national. She speaks French fluently.
